Shipping policy

We know that you want to get your hands on your new purchase fast!  That is why we always endeavour to place our orders as soon as possible and get your products to you in the 1-4 week time frame (depending on the origin of your purchase). Some heels will already be in stock and others will have to be ordered in from the United States.

A. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All shoes are posted out "Express Post" so they are able to be tracked.

For Australian customers, if you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be left a calling card and your parcel will be redirected to your local post office.  Please take the calling card and your photo ID to your local post office for collection.

B. DELIVERY TIME

Generally orders take 1-2 weeks but could be up to 4 weeks to get to you. This depends on the origin of your purchase, ordersplaced over weekends & public holidays and deliveries by couriers.
